Sometimes we don't quite know what we need and need someone to "see" us and guide us. Other times we know exactly what we need, but need help getting there. 

 

Whether it's through a calm yoga flow, breathing techniques, restorative, backmitra or a more dynamic vinyasa practice - I can help you find your way!

Pia is knowledgeable, strict, patient and empathetic - in my view in possession of all the qualities a good yoga teacher should have.

 

I started training one to one with Pia in 2017, thin and frail and without balance after serious illness and a stroke in 2009.

We had to start from zero. Now, six years later, the reality is completely different.

We have met offline and online on a weekly basis. I have supplemented with personal training. From not being able to squat, I now move up into a warrior, a standing position with weight transfer.

 

But yoga is not about muscles. It is about raising awareness of breath and movement, body and soul. Training with Pia is a journey of self-discovery.  It is well worth investing in.
