Vinyasa intermediate/ advanced level Oslo Yoga

Mondays at 16.45- 18.15

Welcome to a delicious, uplifting, challenging and playful vinyasa class!

We use the breath as the main tool that will give us increased energy and strength/endurance, while at the same time we find flow and softness in body and mind. We build up sequence by sequence which gradually opens and strengthens the body. This means that everyone keeps up and benefits from both the strengthening and relaxing positions. At the same time, I interweave vinyasa krama philosophy and chakra awareness so that the sequences are experienced as meaningful and therapeutic.

We practice to beautiful music and I promise you a real feel-good effect for body, mind and soul! 

 

The class is suitable for those who have done at least six months of any form of dynamic yoga before.

Tuesdays at 17.00- 18.30

This is a smaller group so you get closer follow-up and guidance along the way, and it is taught in English!

Restorative with backmitra all levels at Presence studio

Wednesdays at 17.00- 18.30

A lovely calming class with good support from BackMitra, which helps us relax the neck and shoulders, as well as move and release blockages in the chest and thoracic spine! Here, the focus is only on nourishing yourself, increasing your vibration and calming your nervous system.

 

We start the class with relaxation and mindfulness, and do simple restorative exercises to create synchrony between breath and movement - we prepare the body for BackMitra; 

We use it simply by simply lying on it and making slow movements with the arms in time with deep breathing. BackMitra helps us relax surface muscles so that we can get to the core, reconnect with our seat of power and hence move in the direction which is right for us. From the heart! A super detox on all levels. 

 

You don't need to have done any yoga before to join - this is suitable for everyone!
