I invite you to a beautiful and nourishing yoga weekend in the mountains!
We embrace autumn through meditation, self-compassion, nourishing food, restorative/calm yoga, and uplifting dynamic yoga practices.
I can't wait to share from the heart in this beautiful and majestic landscape!
Dharma Mountain is a retreat and meditation center beautifully surrounded by singing streams, supporting mountains, and trees that dance into autumn with their golden costumes. The sparkling play of colors reminds us of life's contrasts, and that every embrace contains a release within us.
There is also a beautiful waterfall and many opportunities for walks, sauna, massage and rest in majestic nature. This weekend we take a deep dive into our inner seasons with autumn as a guide in letting go of the old.
We live in cozy cabins/bungalows that can be shared by two people with their own private room or two can also share a room if they are in a family/spouse. Each cabin also has a loft, where a third person can sleep. All cabins have a bathroom and mini-kitchen.
The yoga room is large and has heated floors and a magical view of the forest and mountains.
All meals are vegetarian and created with care for us and nature. They are tasty and super-healthy!
Friday: dinner

THE PLANNING DAY
Friday, October 20
Arrival from 1730
Approx. 6:00 PM: We begin the weekend with a quiet restorative yoga practice that releases tension and stress, and helps us calm down and land comfortably in our bodies. We use BackMitra to help our spine into proper alignment.

After this, we eat a delicious vegetarian meal together and rest until we meet again the next day.
Saturday, October 21
0815: Meditation
0900: Vegetarian breakfast
1000-1130: Free time
1130-1300: Vinyasa /dynamic yoga
1300: Vegan lunch
After lunch we have free time where there is room to write, walk in nature, take a sauna, get a massage, rest, etc.
1800: Restorative/calm Yoga
1930: Dinner
Sunday, October 22nd is our integration day <3
08:15 Meditation
0900: Breakfast
10-1130: Free time.
1130-1300: Vinyasa/dynamic yoga
1:00 PM Lunch
1430: Check-out from the cabins
Departure: by 3 p.m.
There will be plenty of time for rest and/or other activities between sessions.

PRICE AND PAYMENT:
5900,- per person in shared room (loft) in shared cabin
NOK 6,600 per person in a separate room in a shared cabin
The price does not include bed linen and towels, they can be rented for NOK 200 per person or you can bring your own. Massage and sauna are booked on site and paid directly to Dharma Mountain.
Dharma Mountain is located in Hedal, a 2-hour drive from Oslo.
