Cancellation policy

IIn case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

The amount for yoga paid to Pia's account is non-refundable. At Kathy's Island, the following conditions apply for cancellation of stays:

• 60 days or more before check-in: the customer will lose the deposit (25%)

 

• 59 days to 40 days before check-in: 60% of the total amount (the customer will receive a 40% refund)

 

• 39 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total amount (the customer will receive no refund) By check-in, we mean the day the retreat starts.
